Creating a VPNKV account does not require an email address. A username and password are enough to create an account, so the service does not require a registration email. Order records include the selected plan, order status, payment amount, payment channel, refund status, and related processing results. This information is used to deliver subscriptions, reconcile traffic usage, answer order queries, handle after-sales requests, and complete financial checks. Content submitted proactively through a support ticket is used only to identify issues, respond to requests, and retain handling records.

The site may collect page visit records, referring pages, browser type, device category, network address, and error information. This data is used to analyze page usage, detect unusual access, troubleshoot failures, and improve site availability. It is not used to build a profile of the international websites a user visits.

No-Logs Policy and Connection Data

While a route is operating, the service may temporarily process technical status information required to maintain a connection, such as whether the current session is valid, whether the plan is available, and the current traffic usage status. This status is used only to provide connections, apply subscription rules, and troubleshoot faults; after a session ends, it is not retained as a long-term record of browsing activity. Diagnostic information generated by system errors is limited to what is needed for troubleshooting and cleared when that purpose is complete.

Cookies, Local Storage, and Access Statistics

The website and user panel use cookies or browser local storage to save login status, interface language, necessary session identifiers, and settings actively selected by the user. This data helps avoid repeated logins, preserve page state, and provide a continuous account experience.

A full refund without requiring a reason may be requested within 60 days of the first payment; the request and its processing result are retained in the order record.

Data Retention, Access, and Deletion

Order and payment status information is retained for the period needed to complete transactions, refunds, dispute handling, and necessary obligations. Access statistics, error records, and ticket content are deleted, aggregated, or separated from direct account links after the relevant analysis or handling purpose is complete.

Users can view account and order information in the user panel. To correct information, close an account, or request data deletion, submit a request through the user panel support ticket. VPNKV will verify the request's connection to the account and process deletion when there is no continuing obligation to retain the data. After deletion is complete, the relevant data will no longer be used for routine services; data already included in necessary backups will be cleared through the backup update process.

This policy applies to data processing activities on the VPNKV website, user panel, and subscription services. VPNKV may revise this policy when service features, payment procedures, legal requirements, or data processing methods change.
