Service Scope and Applicability
VPNKV provides network acceleration and international route connections for cross-border access. The service covers 100+ countries / 170+ routes and supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available regions, route types, client features, and connection methods are determined by the information shown on the website and in the user panel at the relevant time.
The service is intended to improve international network connectivity in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Routes may change due to network conditions, carrier scheduling, destination service policies, device settings, or maintenance. VPNKV may adjust entry points, connection methods, and client features based on route operations to maintain reliable and secure delivery.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users must keep their account information, password, and subscription credentials secure and are responsible for activity performed through their account. If credentials may have been exposed or unusual activity is detected, users should change their password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.
There is no limit on the number of devices connected to the same account at the same time, but this benefit is limited to the account holder and their personally managed devices. Selling, renting, or transferring subscription benefits is prohibited. Subscription credentials may not be published publicly, and accounts may not be distributed as a shared service to unspecified third parties. The account holder is responsible for traffic consumption, account issues, and other losses caused by resale, public sharing, or improper credential storage.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date, and upgrade price differences are prorated by the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and do not expire. Actual benefits are governed by the plan selected and paid for by the user. Users should review the plan details before placing an order and independently verify their account, plan, and payment information.
Lawful Use Requirements
When using VPNKV, users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location, the location of the route exit, and the relevant network services. The service must not be used for unlawful activities. Routes may not be used for fraud, harassment, malicious scanning, unauthorized access, attacks on network systems, intellectual property infringement, distribution of unlawful content, or other conduct that harms the lawful rights and interests of third parties.
Users must also follow the service rules of the websites, applications, and content platforms they access. Whether a destination service permits access, whether an account remains available, and whether content is offered in a particular region are determined by the relevant service provider. VPNKV provides network connectivity and does not endorse or guarantee third-party content, account status, or transaction results.
Service Availability and Liability
VPNKV will maintain its routes and clients according to current technical capabilities. However, cross-border links are affected by local network quality, carrier routing, device systems, destination service changes, and maintenance events. Accordingly, VPNKV does not promise that any route will perform identically at all times, in all regions, or on all device environments. When connection issues occur, users may switch regions or routes and consult the help center for basic troubleshooting.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNKV is not liable for indirect losses arising from connection failures, data loss, or service interruptions caused by user device failures, incorrect configuration, third-party platform changes, local network outages, uncontrollable public network events, or violations of these terms. If an issue falls within the scope of this service, VPNKV will provide reasonable assistance through route adjustments, client updates, or ticket support.
Account Suspension and Termination
If a user violates laws or regulations, infringes third-party rights, attacks service systems, resells subscriptions, publicly shares credentials, disrupts normal route operation, or bypasses standard billing procedures, VPNKV may restrict connections, suspend the account, or terminate the service according to the level of risk. To protect account and platform security, the service may also temporarily restrict relevant features when clear abnormal usage is detected and require the user to complete necessary verification through the panel.
Users may stop using the service. Stopping use, deleting the local client, or choosing not to renew does not automatically cancel orders that have already been submitted and completed. After an account is suspended or terminated, users may not continue using the original subscription credentials to access routes.
Terms Updates and Refund Guidance
VPNKV may update these terms when its service scope, client features, legal requirements, or operating rules change. Updated content will be published on this page, and the date at the top of the page will be revised. If a change materially affects how an existing subscription is used, the service will provide notice through available methods in the user panel. Continuing to use the updated service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Refund conditions, application procedures, and applicable limits are governed by the separate refund policy. A full refund without stating a reason may be requested within 60 days of the first payment.
