Setup path

Complete the first-time setup in order

The result of each step becomes the starting point for the next. During first-time setup, avoid skipping steps so it is easier to identify whether an issue is with the account, order, subscription, or client.

account

Create an account

Open VPNKV’s account creation page first. Registration requires only a username and password—no email address is needed. Use the username to sign in to the user panel later; the password protects your plan, subscription, and order details. Submit the form when finished. The page will take you to the user panel. If your browser asks whether to save the password, choose based on your device habits, but avoid saving login details on a public computer.

After entering the panel, check the sign-in status at the top of the page or in the account overview and confirm that it shows the username you just created. The account itself does not mean that routes are available yet; you still need to choose a plan. Do not copy accounts or subscription details from other people. Each subscription link is tied to its account, and route-list updates are delivered through that link.

If you remain on the same page after submitting, check the messages near the username and password fields. Common causes include a username format that does not meet the page requirements or passwords that do not match. Follow the prompts and submit again; there is no need to open multiple account-creation pages. If the page stops responding for a long time, refresh it once and sign in again. For further troubleshooting, visit the “Accounts & Subscriptions” section of the Help Center.

Start Free → Stay signed in when finished and continue to choose a plan.
plan

Choose a plan and place your order

Open the plans section in the user panel and compare monthly subscriptions based on your actual monthly usage. Current monthly options include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date, so you do not need to wait for the start of a calendar month. If you later upgrade, the price difference is prorated based on the remaining days. Recheck the plan name and amount on the order confirmation page before proceeding.

After choosing a plan, open the order confirmation page and check that the price, data allowance, and account are correct. Then choose an available payment method from Alipay, WeChat, or USDT. After payment, do not submit the order repeatedly. Return to the user panel first and check the order status. Normally, an active plan appears in the account overview with its subscription entry. If the payment page shows completion but the panel has not updated, refresh the order section later; do not pay again just to refresh the status.

Monthly subscriptions suit ongoing use, with data resetting on the activation date. If you use the service less often, you can also review the full plans page for non-expiring data packages that remain available until used. Choose based on how you use data, not just the one-time price. All plans support unlimited simultaneous devices, but data is still shared across the same account according to the selected plan or data package.

VPNKV offers a 60-day no-questions-asked refund. See the refund policy page for the application process and eligibility details; at this step, you only need to confirm that the order is active. Once the active plan appears, open the account overview to get your personal subscription link.

subscription

Get your subscription link from the user panel

Once the plan is active, open the account overview in the user panel and find the subscription details or client import section. The page provides a subscription entry linked to your account. Use the copy button to place the link on your clipboard. This is safer than selecting the text manually because subscription addresses are often long, and a missing character at the beginning, end, or middle can prevent the client from recognizing it.

A subscription link is not meant to open a webpage directly. It lets the client read the route list, usage labels, and future updates. The address below is only an example of the format; it does not belong to VPNKV and cannot be used to connect:

https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN

Only obtain the real link from the user panel after signing in. Do not paste it into public posts, screenshots, or shared documents, because anyone with the link may be able to read the associated subscription details. If you shared it by mistake, check the user panel for a reset option. If you cannot find one, contact support through the ticket area instead of continuing to use the exposed address.

After copying the link, you do not need to test it in a browser or modify any of its characters. The next step is to find the subscription import entry in the client for your platform and paste the entire link. If the client can recognize clipboard content, choose the import option directly. If it asks for a name, enter “VPNKV” to make it easier to identify later. This name is stored only on your device and does not change your account information.

Open Account Overview After copying, go straight to the client for your platform.
client

Import clients for each platform

Get the client from the download area of the user panel; this page does not provide static installers. After signing in, the panel shows the VPNKV client and import instructions for your platform. Once installation is complete, use the subscription link you copied earlier. During the first import, the client needs to load the complete route list. Wait until region and route names appear before continuing, and do not repeatedly add the same link while it is loading.

Windows

Windows desktop client

Select Windows in the download area of the user panel, get the desktop client provided here, and complete installation using the system prompts. After launching it, look for “Subscription,” “Configuration Management,” or “Add Subscription” in the sidebar or main menu. Choose the add option, paste the complete subscription link into the address field, enter a recognizable local name if requested, and confirm the import.

After a successful import, the client displays region or route groups. Check that names such as Tokyo, Los Angeles, Hong Kong, and Singapore appear in the list, then choose a route that matches the target service’s region. During the first connection, Windows may show a network-access permission prompt. Confirm that it belongs to the newly installed VPNKV client before allowing access. Keep the client running after connecting and continue to the verification step.

macOS

macOS desktop client

Open the macOS client instructions in the download area after signing in, and get the client using the method provided by the panel. After installing and opening it, find subscription management or configuration in the client menu, choose import from link, and paste the complete subscription address from your clipboard. After the import, the window should show selectable regions rather than only a raw URL.

When you connect for the first time, macOS may ask you to approve network configuration access. Continue through the system prompt, return to the client, and check whether the status changes to connected. If you close the permission window, the client may remain stuck connecting. In that case, start the connection again and complete the system approval; do not import the subscription again. If the route list is already visible, the subscription import itself is usually working correctly.

Android

Android mobile client

Select Android in the user panel and get the mobile client provided here. After installing and launching it, open the subscription or configuration page and use “Add link,” “Import from clipboard,” or a similarly named button. Paste the link, save it, and wait for the route list to refresh. If the page offers both scanning and link-based options, this guide uses link import to avoid exposing subscription details through transferred screenshots.

After selecting a route and tapping connect, Android displays a system network connection permission prompt. Confirm it. A system connection indicator should normally appear in the status bar, and the client should also show connected. If access stops working after switching networks, disconnect in the client first and reconnect to the same route. The subscription remains saved, so you do not need to delete and add it again.

iOS

iOS mobile client

Open the iOS download instructions in the user panel and use the App Store entry provided there to get the appropriate client. This page does not include a standalone store link, avoiding inconsistencies when regional availability or client instructions change. After installing the client, find the option to add a subscription, configuration, or URL, then paste and save your personal subscription link.

During the first connection, iOS asks to add a network configuration. Read and confirm the system prompt, then return to the client and choose a route. Once the client shows connected, switch to your browser or target app to verify it. If the route list does not appear, return to the subscription list and refresh it manually. If the link is reported as invalid, copy it again from the account overview instead of repairing the address by hand.

verify

Connect to a route and verify that it works

After importing, choose a region based on your intended use, then consider the route type. When watching streaming content for a specific region, prioritize a route matching that content region. For AI Tools, start with routes labeled for the relevant use. IEPL dedicated lines, transit routes, and direct connections use different network paths; you do not need to study each one during first-time setup. Choose a route that fits your use, connect, and compare other options only after the target service opens normally.

After clicking connect, wait for the client to clearly show “Connected”; do not rely on button color alone. Then open VPNKV’s network check page and confirm that the current exit information has changed to the selected region. The check page confirms the network exit, while the client status confirms the local connection. When both results agree, the basic setup is complete.

Next, open the website or app you actually want to use, reload the page, and check that the content appears normally. If the target page was already open before connecting, it may retain the previous session or region result. Closing that tab and opening it again usually makes verification easier. Streaming services may also consider the account region and payment region, so a correct exit region does not necessarily mean the account’s content region changes as well. The detailed guide explains these mechanisms separately.

Client status

The route name is clear and the status shows connected.

Exit region

The network check result matches the selected region.

Target service

The page loads normally after being reopened.

Quick troubleshooting for the first connection

If the client shows no routes, return to the subscription management page and refresh it first. If it is still empty, delete the unsuccessful import record, copy the complete link again from the account overview, and import it once more. The key is to copy the link again rather than edit its characters. If there is no subscription entry in the user panel, first confirm that the order and plan are active.

If routes are listed but the connection never succeeds, disconnect the current route and test another route in the same region. Different route types use different network paths, and switching routes is usually more useful than repeatedly clicking the same one when local network conditions change. If it still fails, confirm that system permissions were approved and that the device’s current network can open ordinary webpages.

If the network check shows the correct region but the target website still reports a region mismatch, close and reopen the target app or browser tab. You can also try another route in the same region with a more suitable usage label. A streaming account’s region, cache, and payment region can affect content decisions. These cases are beyond the introductory flow, so see the “Connections & Troubleshooting” or “Speed & Routes” section in the Help Center.

If only one device has a problem while other devices using the same account can connect, the issue is usually limited to that device’s client configuration or system permissions. Leave the account and plan unchanged, and recheck the local subscription, connection permissions, and current route. If all devices fail to refresh the subscription at the same time, submit a ticket from the user panel and include the platform, the step where the issue occurred, and the message shown by the client so support can investigate.
